General Opportunities
Meal Coordinators & Providers
The church Deacons are looking for people interested in providing meals to those who are hospitalized, temporarily unable to prepare their own meals, etc. We are looking for 1 or 2 people to co-ordinate the meals and for people who are willing to make meals (these opportunities are not for the Wednesday evening Community Meal).

Meal Coordinator(s): Church staff or a deacon who needs help will give the name and needs to the coordinator who will call people on the meal provider list to organize times, dates, number of meals, and delivery.

Meal Providers: Volunteers will make and/or deliver the meal.

Table/Chair Setup
Hey, it may not be glamorous, but that doesn't make this ministry to our church and community any less important! Following most Sunday morning services, opportunities exist to assist with chair and table set up in preparation for our Wednesday evening community meal. This is a wonderful service opportunity that requires no specialized skills or commitment. Simply help when you're able! It will be greatly appreciated, should only take about 20 minutes out of your schedule and it will give you a chance to get to get to know and fellowship with others in the process! Word has it that this ministry can even be a fun time serving together!
Table/Chair Tear-down
They say what goes up must come down! Wednesday evenings following the 5:45 community meal, there is an opportunity to minister to the church and community by helping put away tables and put the chairs back in their rows. As with the Table/Chair Setup, this ministry doesn't require any specialized skills or commitment. Help when you are able; it will be greatly appreciated!
Classroom Teaching/Teacher's Helper Opportunities

Worship Music Opportunities
Instrumentalists - Worship Team / Gospel Choir
Opportunities exist for gifted, ministry-focused instrumentalists. Must be able to read chord charts. The ability to learn a part "by ear" is highly beneficial. Commitment to regular personal practice and weekly group rehearsals expected. If interested, please contact Tim Broms at 232-0092 or the church office.
Vocalists - Worship Team / Gospel Choir
Opportunities exist for gifted, ministry-focused instrumentalists in small ensemble and gospel choir settings. Must be able to carry a tune and follow leader direction. Participation in weekly rehearsals is expected. If interested, please contact Lisa Grider at 657-4710 or the church office.
Substitute / Special Music Musicians
If you are unable to commit to being part of one of our regular ensembles but would still like to share your musical gifts in worship settings we would love to discuss with you how we might be able to help you exercise your gift! Please contact Lisa Grider at 657-4710 or the church office.
Worship Technology Opportunities
Sound Operators
Experience with sound reinforcement equipment and its proper use desirable but training will be provided for those with a technical aptitude and desire to learn. Must be patient, attentive, committed to helping others worship and available on a rotational schedule (typically once a month). Interested parties should contact Randy Miller, Jr.
Projection Operators
Basic PC/Microsoft Windows, DVD player experience required. Familiarity with EasyWorship projection software is a plus. Training will be provided. Must be patient, attentive, committed to helping others worship and available on a rotational schedule (typically once a month). Interested parties should contact Josh Benton.
PowerPoint Designers
If you are an experienced user of Microsoft's PowerPoint and have a talent for artistic design, and attention to detail and accuracy there are opportunities for developing projection content used in our worship services. This is an "on call" position where you would have several days to develop (or proof/clean-up) PowerPoint presentations to be used in our worship services by our pastors and others.
