The Great Winter Warm-up is a way to give the gift of warmth through a comforter. Harrisburg BIC’ers and friends join together to finish beautiful, cozy comforters by tying knots in them to hold the layers together. Our comforters are donated to the Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) to help share God’s love with people around the world dealing with conflict and disaster.

We need your help! Women, men, kids, youth – if you can tie knots, you can help! This year’s Great Winter Warm-Up will be held on Friday, February 27 from 9 am to 8 pm and Saturday, February from 9 am to 3 pm in our HBIC Open Area. Come for a couple of hours or both days! No sign up needed.
