Chad Frey

Brief info

Chad has attended Harrisburg BIC since 2004 when he bought a home and moved to downtown Harrisburg. Prior to attending HBIC, Chad served as a youth & young adult pastor at Dillsburg BIC, Millersville BIC and Pequea BIC. He has worked at Messiah University in several different capacities and has received national recognition by the White House Office of Faith-Based and Neighborhood Programs, U.S. Department of Education and Corporation for National Community Service (CNCS) for a variety of K-12 community engagement initiatives aimed at improving student achievement. Chad loves the city of Harrisburg and how HBIC prophetically imagines “the earth as it is in heaven”. When he is not in the office strategizing new ways to leverage technology for community partnerships, he is training Everest - a Golden Mountain Doodle puppy. If you've got any tips or tricks let him know!
