Rachel has attended HBIC since 2013 when she and her husband, Matt, moved to the Harrisburg area. They chose HBIC as their church home because of its love for the city of Harrisburg and vision for a multicultural church community. She has served in several volunteers roles including Kindergarten Sunday School teacher. Rachel has held roles in advertising, non-profit management, and brand management and is currently Brand Director at King Arthur Baking Company. She and Matt, a professor at Messiah College, reside in Mechanicsburg, PA with their two kids, David and Caroline. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys traveling, reading, gardening and baking.
